There is one person, that I am aware of, who does the removal of accounts that violate TOS. So, that person is not always immediately available because, well....they are human and need to sleep or whatever.
So do yourselves a favor and block unsavory accounts. Just do it.
Less than 24 hours in and like so many I feel more welcome than I ever have on any other platform!
I want all of you, my fellow Nauts, to know that I am humbled and awed.
