@LnzyHou I feel you...literally!
Cervical Radiculitis and Radiculopathy...multiple burst discs and bone spurs pressing on the spinal cord in my neck, as well as numerous foramen occlusions pressing on the nerves leading into the spinal cord.
On good days, I can take half a percocet in the morning & the other half in the evening, and keep the pain at bay...on bad days (rain/pressure changes) I take several, washing them down with generic nyquil, and take a coma.
We havenβt started diagnosing/treating my neck yet. Used to get traction on neck which really helped.
Lower back preventing me from even 1 mile walk. Top priority now.
@LnzyHou for as long as possible due to that risk, paired with the fact that there are numerous bone spurs that are essentially unreachable, and the foramen occlusions, so even with the fusion, I'd still need serious pain management for the foreseeable future. πππ
So, fun stuff ! I pray yours will be muuuuch better π€π€π€πππ

Apparently, strengthening my core is a critical aspect including home exercises as well as PT sessions, traction & electro stim.
