I will NEVER be satisfied or even accepting of the vassal/serf structure of most businesses under capitalism.
Until democracy & individualism are properly incorporated into capitalism, it will NEVER be a proper system of business in democratic nations.

@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN Let me put it this way: When was the last time you got to pick your own hours or choose your own agenda at a job without having someone higher up than you in a company have final say? When were you last able to choose what clothes you were to a job or whether you should get promoted? Such jobs don't exist. Individualism & freedom like this is discouraged, except in our Congress.

@Astartiel Wonderfully-put. As our friend Prof Wolff is fond of saying, it isn't a democracy if the place most of us literally spend most of our time and attention is fundamentally un-democratic, and inequitable in every way.
