I get why both sides of the USA are mostly for Ukraine. The liberals & socialists are into personal autonomy & freedom and the right wing 2A people are into protecting their personal property.

Apparently, it's only okay for a nation to defend itself with guns and arms if its America.
Any other nation, not so much.
@ciarvella @Astartiel Well, for one thing, the war in Iraq was based on a big American lie--Weapons of Mass Destruction. There were none. The U.S. just wanted the oil. We were the aggressor under the guise of spreading democracy. #politics
@Astartiel I wish like hell the right wingers in my life were pro-ukraine. All I get is accusations of hypocrisy because I was opposed to war in Iraq, despite my position then and now being very strongly that a nation is justified in defending itself against aggression.
