Gotta be honest - it doesn't engender a lot of confidence in me when I see that a company's tech support email ends in hotmail.com
@AskNick It didn't engender a lot of faith in humanity in me when I found out a lot of companies are using Microsoft 365 to handle their corporate emails, and just changing the MX records on their domain so their emails can end with "@<companyname>.com".
That's a lot of eggs in one rotten basket.

@IrelandTorin Yeah... back when I was (*shudder*) working as a SysAdmin, my University got free email from Microsoft. I made sure my college ran our own email server. It got to the point where other deans were asking me if I could put them on my server.
