my BFF tells me she wishes she had my mom (her own mom was eff'd up), so I got my mom a coaster for an xmas stocking stuffer that says "You're the mom other people wish they had"

Black/blood pudding is sausage!

And yes to vegetable suet. Atora is the most common brand. Look for the one with green packaging.
