I’m guessing for the folks who run the facility it was a small annoyance much like a mosquito. Probably far worse with time and frustration for the police who have to force compliance. @AskTheDevil
it’s almost like when someone has rights to use or even owns the bldg you occupy as an employee, they can direct what’s it used for… crazy!
