One thing I have come to acutely realize about myself over this last 7 years is that I'm not a customer relations guy.

I'm just the solutions guy.

One of these days we'll hit 100% consistently and I'll get to hire myself a spin doctor.

My experience is that most services are started by "the customer relations guy". Problem is that they are NOT the solutions guy. They have to hire the solutions guy. Then the realize how much a solutions guy costs. So they either agree to pay it, or we get what we usually see.

Honestly, I prefer solutions over "customer relations".
