I used to have traditional "cable" internet. Always went out, provider knew how to fix it but wouldn't.

Changed over to fiber first opportunity. Have had less than 5 outages not power related in the 9 years I've had it. Every single problem fixed without question.

Plus more stable speeds all the time.
