The SC cannot offer a ruling on Presidential Immunity.
If they say POTUS has it, then the GOP led House cannot go after Biden.
If they say POTUS doesn't have it, TFG is toast for the Jan 6 insurrection.
Neither is good for the GOP, and the SC will not offer a ruling they don't like.
