One cup of coffee into my day, and I've already fixed one of 2 significant issues here. This one is about data integrity so IMO the more important one. Never make scientists nervous about data loss.

The other issue seems to be more complex, and may need other people involved. This is just about equipment access. While important is less of an emergency.
