Like he does every other time. Just because he's sitting at a defendant table doesn't mean he won't use it. Video of him being "illegally prosecuted just for exercising his 1st Amendment rights" will be all over his media. Shut it down, give him nothing to use.

And as a counter to his victim face, will be the rafts and rafts of evidence against against him, most of it propelled by Republicans of his administration and on the periphery of it

But that's not it. Your position presumes both sides play by the rules. We all know TFG's side doesn't. Also, he's not legally entitled to have cameras in the room. That is solely the decision of the judge.
Also, we've already seen that TFG's crew will not abide by basic court orders not to behave that way. So, again, back to the "just don't give him the chance" position.
