Hoping that, based on the estimate, that my car will be ready today. I'm lucky my insurance considered the damage "not my fault". But I'll be glad to have my regular ride back.

Nope, not getting my car today. They've been sending text messages to a number that isn't mine, and wondering why I didn't respond. I don't know how they got that phone number, but I never provided it. I'm incredibly disappointed that it's been over a week and only today could they be bothered to pick up the phone and call me.
