I've seen a lot... a LOT of dissecting the Harris campaign looking for the "what went wrong" story and while they all raise points worth talking about no one brings up the most obvious one.
This country will not elect a female President.
This is a country where a small "christian" majority thinks that if things aren't done their way then tey are being persecuted, and in the past week alone tried to mansplain the source of The Handmaid's Tale to its author.
It was the sexism, stupid.

At that point most of the nation didn't have running water or electricity yet.

he had a stroke, the vp wasnt there, so his wife had to assist him and make it look as if he was still able.
She was his backup in that area.
