The wierdness of this keeps getting wierder. Is it allowable that a person gets arrested, ordered released by a judge, then arrested again on the SAME charges?
I have no love or respect for Mr. Smirnov, or how his lies have been manipulated, but is this allowable? There's no new evidence - the Special Prosecutor just took it to a different judge.
I am out of my depth here. Is this allowed?

@Animeraider I'm thinking new information could have come to light behind closed doors... perhaps classified intel came to light that made it clear having him out in the community posed a serious risk?
@Animeraider maybe something redacted in the original charging is a area of concern? It sounds unusual unless he was fleeing.
