Last night at a party I had a Tom Collins where the bartender added a splash of bitters to the drink, whoch is not how most people make it.
That dash of bitters makes such a huge difference and elevates the drink beyond anything you've had when ordering this drink.
This is how I'm drinking it from now on.

@Animeraider since I only drink beer and perhaps the occasional whiskey, I wondered what a Tom Collins was. Surprised it's 100's of years old. Now I want to try one. Even with bitters.
