In 1974 I turned 10, and music really started getting interesting. We're now seeing the rise of artists who are a reaction to what's already out there - from Tom Waits to Sparks - while rock gets harder and more theatrical and both California Rock and Yacht Rock are born. Funk and even Reggae gets noticed by the mainstream.
Of course my 20 song limit will never show up again. ^_^
