@Gierchak I'm sorry I really don't know. I do know it's often silent for long periods of time - and it just started up again. Perhaps if you clear your web browser, make sure you whitelist CoSo with blockers, that type of thing. Refresh your screen. It's hard to troubleshoot because you need to know when it is actually making sound. It's silent again right now.
