@AlteredRealities but i do think the opposite is true, too. when people are self reflective. when they can embrace gratitude. when they let go of (most of their) ego & take all their lived experience to be kinder, gentler, wiser, more vulnerable, more authentic...that's what some people do as they age. those are the peeps i try to gravitate towards. the ones who never stop learning. they never say they have it figured out. just that they're tryin'. i think that's the best way to age, no?
