To me, it looks like he was pantomiming trying to bend over to a mic that's set to low for his height and blowing on it to see if it's on, and he didn't realize how ridiculous it looked without sound. He clearly has no idea how ridiculous he looks the rest of the time, so he might not have been thinking blow job at the time.
