Doctor's nurse FINALLY calls with suggestions from the doctor. Then you have to point the nurse and doctor to recent blood work they haven't got around to look at yet. "Oh yeah, let me look at that and get back to you." WTF am I paying you for?????

Use the patient portal, so you can tell them in a written message what you want to talk about, so they can be prepared. The entry level people taking phone messages never get those details.
