The 11% average includes the large increases in states like Texas. I suspect there was little or no increase in states that did not change their abortion restrictions.

Yes, I know. My issue is with the wording (JUST), and with the fact that the rates are going up. Texas isn't the only state doing this.

And our country *as a whole* had crap rates even before the abortion ban because we have a crap healthcare system.
