Arguing about replacing Biden at this point is just going to make things worse. The Heritage Foundation already has plans to tie things up in court long enough to keep any replacement off the ballot in enough states that it wouldn't be possible to win the Electoral College. They may lose every case, but the delay is all that's necessary.
