I saw an epidemiologic study of neurologic illness in pork processing plant workers. It was concentrated in those near the areas where they processed the heads. They would insert an air hose and literally "blow their brains out" to use the meat for things like sausage. The employees inhaling the aerosolized brains were getting sick.
