Matthew 6:5 is the one where Jesus specifically says not to pray in public. So while I guess you could argue that not allowing prayer in public violates a religion, it doesn't violate Christianity even one bit.
@Magda Nope, not one. The only violation is the Separation of Church and State law that a more recent ruling set precedent to include public schools because atheist parents complained a school was saying “under God” during the Pledge of Allegiance.

That would be the religious beliefs of groups like Jehovah's Witnesses and the Amish, and our constitution is supposed to protect their right to be "in the world but not of it" in the way they interpret that phrase.
