I've had impossible polish sausage grilled. They're pretty good if you like meat but need to accommodate a vegetarian.
My brother's a vegetarian who doesn't like anything resembling meat, and he hates that Impossible products are displacing all the usual starch-sandwich veggie burgers.

The impossible burgers definitely have the texture. We've been grilling out a lot more since they came out. We use a couple of those racks you cool cakes on. You oil/butter each. You lay one on top of your grill, then put the burgers on that. When they're ready to turn, put the other one on top and flip the whole unit. It's easier to get them off without sticking.
