Love in the time of ...Corona

Simple things matter.

💙 Wash hands properly & often
(Strange how some put on ill fitted masks but are not washing hands,)

💙 Avoid touching your face.
- Someone should invent an app recording # times/ day ppl touch their face. Train for zero touch. Make it a habit. It will serve you well, Corona or no Corona.

💙 if symptoms, talk to a doctor and follow advise

💙 Ignore fearmongering & deniers. Keep current w/CDC & WHO

💙 Kindness helps on many levels.

^^

💙 Take steps to avoid/minimize risk of getting common cold and/or flu. These w'd only increase anxiety around and increase healthcare burden.

My dried out cuticles and bleeding knuckles indicate I'm getting more of those areas than the diagram indicates. But one salvation for those who miss spots is that the germs most likely to be picked up from one patient and carried to another are likely on the same portions of the hand that get the most rubbing during washing. The bacteria deeper in the crypts of the skin are less likely to be pathogenic.

@AlphaCentauri
This is interesting info.
Sorry for your hands. Hope good hand cream is always .. handy :-)
