Elmo can buy it at a substantial premium over whatever the stock is trading at today, multiplied by about 200 million.

Trump owns 57% of them. I reckon that he'd be wanting Elmo to buy him out COMPLETELY.

And Trump's history for "whatever he wants" when it comes to pricing has amounted to "grossly overcharging" his entire life, yes?

No, 99,750,000 is the number of SHARES. At $30.50, that comes to a bit over three billion.
But to sell out, Trump would want MORE than what he could get on the open market.
