Hiring someone into your team is like having a second job. I have to do all the things I usually do AND find time to review resumes, screen candidates, have interviews, etc…
@badkoukla oh yeah, I hired someone a few weeks back. There's still a lot of hand-holding I have to do. Luckily for this other role, once I hire I can pass off most of the work on getting them up to speed on other members of the team.
