Nope. A Number of mail-in ballots in 2 red counties have not been counted. There was an 11% & 12% decrease respectiively in in-person voting, but at the same time there was an increase in mail-in ballot for these counties over the weekend. Now they have to go through each ballot and validate the signature and voter info before counting them (after the polls close). That takes time.
