Morning CoSo Fam….baking today (from scratch of course) coconut cake with pineapple curd and a coconut buttercream for my sisters birthday.

So many steps. First I have to make the curd, then I’ll do the cake and finally buttercream. God I love baking ❤️ it’s sooo relaxing (at least for me)
