Struck me again just how good I am at throwing things from one hand to another. In this case, it was my valsy thing. Honestly, it's like a superpower or something.

I don't see how that's possible, but here's a good, short book on three-ball juggling which can show you the way if you pay attention and practice diligently.
Recommendation: get a set of bean-bag-style balls. They don't roll when you drop them, and you'll be dropping them quite a lot.
@stueytheround unfortunately, coordination seems to be a separate superpower. Probably why I'm rubbish at drumming, too π
