Couple of useful free programs I've found recently.

PatchMyPC updates your installed programs (the ones recognised by the program) to the latest versions: https://patchmypc.com/home-updater

Snappy Driver does a similar thing, but for drivers: https://sdi-tool.org/

Both will download and install updates to programs/drivers automatically (though with options on what you want installed)
