I really love Kraken spiced rum but it's a bit expensive to buy regularly (I'm just a poor community worker) so as a treat, I bought a bottle of the Lidl's own brand one to try.

It's a bit sweet to drink neat, but I tried a bit mixed with some Guinness Foreign export, and that's an... interesting mix.

I think it's quite nice. Mixing with Guinness takes off more of the sweetness than something like coke would, and the maltiness works pretty well.

Pretty damn potent, though..
