Job advertisements should start listing what videogame experience counts towards your suitability for a role. Like, I've got all my settlements in Fallout 4 running at 80+ happiness, so obviously I know a thing or two about allocating resources and the importance of trade, right?

Also, if one has been a guild leader in an MMO for any period of time that should count as management experience.
