are air fryers just small convection ovens? i have a recipe that calls for either air frying or pan frying. can i stick it in the convection oven instead?
@redenigma - the heat comes from the top in an air fryer... So it depends on what you're making
@0x56 blackberry glazed tofu. the air fry/fry is to crisp up the tofu (which is coated in cornstarch) before covering in the glaze
