There was a place in MA... I think it was Salem, but could be Lynn (it was a while ago)
They had an everything except anchovie pizza.
They meant everything! Toppings an inch thick. Hamburger, pepperoni, ham, salami, onion, peppers (3 kinds), olives, mushrooms, meatballs, pineapple, even maraschino cherries.
The was something everybody loved and something everybody disliked. But it was the and it was glorious. I liken it to CoSo in that way.
