Yep. Called it. That's why I vote with my Wife in person. Also, when we do it that way, there's also a printed record you can see and verify before you submit your vote.

They're a little slow to report because they confirm against the paper record before sending the results in. Not sure if it matters, given the results in WV are never in doubt...but still.

That's probably how it's done, every x ballots, they check x many... but they're really slow and methodical about it. I don't know the exact numbers however.
