Oof. A coworker, with whom I get along, joke with, and call immediately when we are blessed with any variety of free food, told me, unasked, about his politics (Trump fan) and his opinion about #climatechange (that it’s not real/problematic.)
And now I’m thinking donuts are for non-insurrection supporting climate change activists only.

@MotherDucker While I have found that while GENERALLY it is a waste of effort to talk sense and science with such a person, sometimes you find someone with an open mind. Before cutting him off, try to express your beliefs in a sympathetic way, and express how distressed you are that he doesn't recognize the environmental impacts of human activity. (Leave Trump out of it IMO).
