Nine years ago this evening, I first met the amazing woman who would become my wife. Five months prior, I had been widowed and I had joined a couple of dating sites after the loneliness had become unbearable. By the end of our first evening together we both knew we had reached the end of our search.

Taking a couple of days off from work to recover from the quadruple root extraction I had yesterday. My jaw is still a little sore, but all in all, it's not too bad.
