No, dear girl, I cannot do that. Doesn't do any good to tell me I can "just have" some of your snacks, either.

CoSo has welcomed me, and I have been so happy here the past few days! Now I'm happy to have upgraded to pro.

Got my #NaNoWriMo word count up to 4,337. Decided to take a break. I have new art supplies to play with!

Finally managed to get some sleep. There's a storm coming tonight. That's probably what's screwing with my body. I'll mostly take it easy today and hopefully sleep better tonight.

I love the wall of entropy! My flashes and swirls of color are so beautiful!

There have been a few times I checked in today and the system was having some hiccups.

It's amazing to me that it has been as smooth as it has!

I don't know...I see some complaints, but I've seen many things over the years handle a sudden influx of users much worse. And those were things that had been planning for it and advertising. This looks good to me.

Got another burst of writing done, so I'm at a little over 3,000 words for today!
#NaNoWriMo

I just updated my #NaNoWriMo word count at 2,064 words! Time to take a break and go move around.

Good luck to everybody doing #NaNoWriMo ! We don't have to write well. We just have to write. What's usable can be sorted out and dressed up later.

No spooky sounds outside. (Not until the coyotes come out later.) Nothing weird happening.

And I still feel like everything is standing in an open doorway. Not what it was anymore, and not yet what it will be...some odd hybrid of those things. I've been feeling this for several days now. Like the air is full of potential.

So we all keep mentioning the bird app, but what about another bird app? Anybody else hear using the Finch app for daily lists and such?

Haven't done #NaNoWriMo for a few years, but I've decided doing it this year might give me a boost on my stories!

No idea what happened to my old NaNoWriMo account. I did it for, like, six years I think. But okay! Fresh starts can be good.

I had plans for yard decorations, but things happened and plans didn't. A view from the back of our property seems to go with the day, though. I never had Halloweens that actually looked like autumn until I moved to a different part of the US.

#GrowAllTheThings Here's another of my #PlantBuddies ! 🌱💚 Lantana and I go way back and I will not hear any mean things said about her. But they grew in the ground where I'm from. Has to be in a planter where I live now. Butterflies have been stopping to feed as they head south for winter, and lantana will come indoors for a while when it gets colder.

I don't adjust easily to new things. I thought I'd make an account here, check things out, and then forget about it because I'd stay in the familiar space.

The past couple of days, when it comes to my social media time, have been so much more enjoyable and so much less anxiety. For someone who doesn't adjust easily, I'm getting comfortable here quickly.
