@th3j35t3r
You have impeccable timing for knowing when to shake things up. I’ve seen it time and time again. Things get a little flat, or too much tension or just plain laughs for the hell of it and on cue you drop a bomb or a tune that disrupts the universe in the most awesome way. It’s the best therapy.
@nonayadambidnes A MAGA definition might be a man who hates women, drives a huge pickup truck carrying nothing, shoves beta males out of his way with his formidable beer belly, drinks lite beer, hates Muslims, Latinos, Blacks, and immigrants, is a descendant of immigrants, watches Fox and News Max...
@Kinnison Overturning the election has always been the MAGA plan. Try to get just enough votes to make the Dem fraud claims plausible to just enough people to keep the charade going while the coup proceeds.
@BenA Everyone is going to need to have their credit frozen all the time. Periodic unfreezes for specific credit applications function essentially as 2FA where the username and password, name and SSN, are easily guessed.
The best thing the financial industry could do is change the general temporary unfreeze into a specific 2FA that could only apply to a particular authorized entity, time, and purpose. They need to assume that criminals have all this info on everyone and design accordingly.
@nonayadambidnes Musk seems to believe that only alpha males should be allowed to vote. White goes without saying I suppose.

X. It's the former Twitter and the new 4chan
Trump got elected in 2016 with lots of cool sounding promises:
-Build a Wall, Mexico pays for it
-Create a better cheaper health insurance plan than Obamacare
-Create more jobs than any President
-Wouldn’t have time for golf like Obama, he’d be working so hard
-Release his taxes when they were done being audited by IRS
-Eliminate the deficit in the federal budget
In case ur memory is fuzzy he did NONE of this. Instead record jobs were lost, record debt created, & record golf played.
@LnzyHou Yes!
He also betrayed WW1 veterans who fought for peace and freedom in Europe
Civil War veterans who fought because "all men are created equal"
Revolutionary War veterans who fought for freedom of religion and freedom from kings
@IrelandTorin @nl37tgt @th3j35t3r He could also have every decision made by a random set of 3 moderators. If all agree and user doesn't escalate then he never sees it. If they split 2-1 he reviews which provides feedback to the mods, and hopefully they do better. Again, if someone is consistently out of step they're dropped.
@IrelandTorin @nl37tgt @th3j35t3r True. But I think I've seen some of them here. J probably has as well and could make a pretty good choice. Then any mod decision would be subject to J review, and too many J reversals would kick someone out of moderator role.
You might well ask, wouldn't overseeing their work cost J just as much effort as doing it all himself? Yes, at first. After a week or so building trust, he could sit back and relax, taking a look only if called upon by an escalation.
The man JD Vance called America's Hitler has picked a fight with the US army. His namesake in 1941 picked a fight with the US army, who turned out to be much more than suckers and losers. Didn't work out too well for him.

Feel free to read the rest of the article, but this is the salient point:
“Trump’s inability to deal with the change”
As many people age they have difficulty with change: in themselves, with the world, with others.
Trump is a time traveler stuck in the 80’s. He is comfortable with the racism, with the misogyny with the tax breaks for the wealthy.
He attempts to ignore his aging body and low intellect—he is aware he is not as smart as other people.

“She didn’t want to go it alone, how do you think President Xi is going to think of this,” he chuckled. “He’s just savoring it.”
All Xi had to do is flatter Trump and Trump would do whatever Xi wanted. It’s in McMaster’s book.
Going it alone? Like you did with Putin? Also doing whatever he wanted?
Dude, the reason dictators love you is because you are easy to manipulate.

Trump criticized Pres. Biden taking a nap while at a beach and said: "Who the hell wants to sleep in public?"
This is rich coming from someone who fell asleep several times in court, with his mouth wide open and snoring. Social media users slapped back:
“Don Snoreleone,” “Donnie Nappleseed” and “Sleepy Don.”

@th3j35t3r is feeling a bit stressed, dealing with it well, maintaining his sense of humor. Still it is recommended that he consult th3j35t3r, the company counselor to discuss. His manager th3j35t3r will be advised, and a bonus vacation day or two is advisable. Keep HR director th3j35t3r advised.
Seriously, I still think there are a number of people here who would be able and willing to help out, part time volunteers. I follow a number of them.
@DavidSalo A few decades ago I read a book predicting effects of climate change. One was increased migration, especially south to north, resulting in political instability, extremism, and war.
When someone who we love dearly becomes memory, that memory becomes treasure. Let’s be thankful and grateful to have had them in our lives. Let’s cherish those memories as long as we live. #OneLove
