I have this fear that when AI art reaches a certain saturation point, people will start to think that the way people look in AI art is the way people really do look or should look, and they will start using their cosmetic skills to make themselves look more AI-like.

Maybe they'll even get surgery to add an extra finger or two.

This is already happened in music with the prevalence of pitch correction in modern pop. Kids are growing up thinking that robotic hypertuned sound is what you're supposed to sound like, and they try and imitate it.
