Science is never sleeping.
The race is on. The structure of the has been published.

This will help with vaccine development and other prevention/treatment measures.
It is a long journey, but it is moving as fast as possible.

In the meantime, we all need to do our part, step up handwashing and other basic measures.

Keep faith, trust science.

@artemis did you see this Singapore doctor,

They think its droplet, not airborne but can live in surfaces for a "few days"

twitter.com/AzharAliLeghari/st

@ucantstop_me

good explanation, clear.

then, there's hope for better containing it

Follow

@artemis more studies needed but boy oh boy I can deal with droplet and contact

And if it lives for days in surface it could explain crazy infection rate

Maybe the fumigation worked in China to slow it

Shit that really good

@ucantstop_me

Yup, was thinking same, highly virulent + living long time on surfaces = infection rates high.

W'd like to read more about evidence re: droplet vs. airborne.

@artemis that was first I saw of that so yes.

This is exactly the kind of info these early investigations can help us fight this fucker
