Had to run an errand, and ended up across the street from this amazing house. I absolutely love it.
I may make it a project to walk around and take pictures of some of the old Dallas houses. Lots of amazing tree-lined streets and beautiful houses.
In a city where the average home price is under $350k (median is $425), that neighborhood has very few homes come on the market--and the median price is $2.5M.
This one has a carriage house in back, so it's probably significantly more.

Y'all.
Don't put that shit at the feet of Black men. They voted for Harris in greater numbers than any group *other than Black women*.
