I've been into the Powered by the Apocalypse games for a while now too. Easier system to learn. Monster of the week was my favorite...I played and DM'd a game with that system. From a video game side of RPG's I love the Old Republic games in Star Wars and Elder Scrolls
I've thought about experimenting with something Powered by the Apocalypse. Maybe I'll start with Monster of the Week.
Huge Elder Scrolls fan and am really hoping that the next game is decent. (Though it'll probably be a couple more years before it happens.)
Keeping an eye out for Starfield, too.
@tyghebright Monster of the Week is sooooo fun!!!! If you have a group to play with I highly suggest it!!! I play Elder Scrolls Online right now and am really enjoying it.
Haven't heard about Starfield though, what game is that?
It's a space adventure RPG in development by Bethesda (the Elder Scrolls and Fallout folks).
Expected to come out first half of next year.
