TV shows need a big story eraser. Stop rewriting old shows and adding different kinds of people to the characters. These old shows are like an opened bottle of wine, once opened it will never be as good as it was. Start from scratch, write original content, and use characters differently. Stop trying to put a square peg into a round hole and expect it to work. Ugh!

Teaching children what to do during active shooter drills is the modern version of the instructions from this Civil Defense poster from the 60's. It scared the bejeepers out of everyone. While the instructions are valid, certainly there must be a better answer.
Again I say, where are all the far left crazies with AR-15's?!
