I have waaaay too much to do to suddenly get the juicy urge to observe my kefir with the microscope and sketch what I see, then learn more about the specific microbes involved. I still have chores left from when we were without water for a month, I've had too many errands to keep on top of it. Sigh. Time for another pot of coffee.
