Cacao syrup water kefir went boom with sediment filled foam, making a small mess that tasted like what chocolate stout wishes it tasted like. Once the foam was swiped out, it didn't seem full of sediment (too active for it to settle). It is tasty, with a lot of potential. I will make a soda I call "Cacao Pow". Might add a pinch of orange zest. I need to get a hold of the pod form to solve that sediment issue.
Rose flavor needs tweaking, but is nice.
