I think Sunny the parakeet is practicing barking. It's not a perfect bark noise, but it's making the dogs bark, and his birdie cheeks are puffed up for his happy face.
@LnzyHou Oh, he's moved on to nibbling Sky's foot to pester him off the mirror perch. But did you see him meeting the good camera? He has a lot of character, Sky is way more reserved.
